Governance

The Governance practice is reflected via Amadeus South Asia Code of Conduct (CoC) policy. Our values – Integrity, Customer Orientation and Future-Mindedness are reflected in our CoC. We also have established a reporting system wherein all stakeholders (internal & external) can freely express their concern via a whistle blowing system.

Risk & Compliances

Amadeus South Asia’s risk & compliance philosophy is based on a self-assessment methodology focusing on maximum governance with minimum government and ensuring that there is transparency and accountability at all levels of risk management. We are focussed on continuous improvement wherein risk & compliance identification is carried out around the year based on input from people across the organisation through monthly risk & compliance meetings.
